Mr & Mrs Mindham lived at No 38 Church Lane up until the 1980s. Mr Mindham's garden was generally acknowledged to be the best In Flitcham. A little cinder path led straight towards the Church and the garden was always well stocked with flowers and a good eating apple tree.
